Build engagements are quoted at the end of the Diagnostic, once there's a scope worth pricing — monthly or fixed-scope, your choice. Prices in USD; HKD, RMB and EUR equivalents on request.

Straight answers

What happens if you disappear?
Your code lives in your repository from the first commit, with the documentation and the deploy scripts. We write it so somebody else can pick it up, because eventually somebody will.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Both. From day one. We don’t licence you your own operations back to you, and we don’t hold your data hostage to a renewal.
What does it cost to run?
Hosting and database — typically a few hundred dollars a month, not a per-seat licence that grows every time you hire someone.
Why not just buy NetSuite or Odoo?
If your processes are standard, buy them — we’ll tell you so, and the Teardown is where we’d tell you. We’re for the parts of an operation those systems can’t model, which in manufacturing tends to be the parts that matter.

A small senior team, based in Hong Kong.

We don't publish a team page. Most of our work sits inside clients' commercial operations under confidentiality, and we'd rather protect that by default than advertise it.

What we will do: name the people who'd actually be on your project before you commit to anything, and put our standard agreement, data-handling terms and IP position in front of you at the same time — in writing, before money changes hands.

And the first engagement is deliberately small and fixed-price for exactly this reason. You shouldn't have to take our word for any of it. Spend a known number, watch how we work for a week, and decide from there.
